Located immediately adjacent to your condo in The Shoppes at Sand Key are two of the island's most popular breakfast joints...  Dunkin' Donuts ($) for that quick cup of fresh morning coffee or the local favorite Maggie-Mae's ($) serving breakfast right on the water.

Your condo comes with access to the gas-fired BBQ grill located poolside.  Many condo owners like to shop at Publix (less than 5 minutes away) and have a cookout while enjoying some of the most amazing views Sand Key has to offer. ($)

Sand Key and the Clearwater Beach area offer SO many options for dining from casual to dressy, on-the-water to air-conditioned.  A new favorite is Island Way Grill ($$) owned and operated by former Tampa Bay Buccaneer fullback Mike Alstott.  Local Hint: order the crab lags and have them cooked "blackened"!!! Wow, what a surprise!

 

There's nothing like a walk on the beach in the morning to get your day started.  Walk across the street and take one of the public access-paths to the beach, or walk a little further north to Sand Key Park, a gem of a place right on the beach with lots of privacy.

If the weather is nice, and it usually is, it's hard to argue with a day at the pool!
